Ivan Baghramyan

Ivan Stepanovich Isakov
Ivan Stepanovich Isakov was a Soviet military commander, Chief of Staff of the Soviet Navy. Before the war, Ivan Isakov was promoted to the service rank of Admiral of the Fleet.
